Use of the site
Access to and use of TC Lottery at tclotteryplay.in.net is permitted only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who are legally permitted to participate in lottery or gaming-related activities under the laws applicable to their jurisdiction within India. By accessing this site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that participating in lottery activities is not prohibited under the laws of the state or union territory in which you reside. Residents of states where online lottery participation is restricted by local legislation are not authorised to use TC Lottery and must exit the site immediately.
You may use this site solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms of Service. You agree not to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user's enjoyment of the site, use any automated device, script, bot, spider, or scraper to harvest data without prior written consent, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the site or its servers, or introduce any virus, trojan horse, or other malicious material. You also agree not to misrepresent your identity or impersonate any other person when using TC Lottery. Violation of any of these conditions may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
TC Lottery supports transactions processed through widely used Indian payment methods including PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), and BHIM UPI. When completing a transaction, you must ensure that the payment account is registered in your own name and that sufficient funds are available. Unlike traditional scratch-card lottery retailers, TC Lottery provides real-time digital transaction confirmations via UPI reference numbers, which you should retain for your records. Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated without valid cause may result in immediate suspension of your TC Lottery account. TC Lottery is not responsible for payment delays arising from your bank, UPI service provider, or network connectivity issues.
Intellectual property
All content published and made available on TC Lottery, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall site design, is the property of TC Lottery or its content suppliers and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and applicable international intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any content from this site, including scraping results data for use on competing platforms, is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability under Indian law.
The name "TC Lottery", the TC Lottery logo, and all related product and service names, designs, and slogans are trade marks of TC Lottery. You may not use such marks without prior written permission. TC Lottery grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence expressly excludes any resale or commercial use, creation of derivative works, bulk data collection, or use of automated scraping tools. The licence terminates automatically upon any breach of these Terms of Service.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other communications to TC Lottery, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in any medium. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this licence and that the submitted content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. TC Lottery will not be obligated to treat any submission as confidential or to compensate you for its use.
Limitation of liability
TC Lottery provides this site and all its content on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Results, prize calculations, and account balances displayed on the site are subject to technical verification, and TC Lottery reserves the right to correct any errors before paying out prizes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, TC Lottery, its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, including losses arising from failed UPI transactions through PhonePe, GPay, or BHIM, unauthorised access to your account, or any interruption to the service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your TC Lottery account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or other applicable mandatory legislation. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the site or these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of TC Lottery.
